Jane Bilger is a past Chair of the Urban Gateways Board of Directors and has served on many Committees on the Board since 1998, including Chair of the Finance Committee. Currently Senior Program Manager for the Corporation for Supportive Housing, Jane brings community development and financial expertise from her leadership positions with many organizations including the Illinois Housing Development Authority, the housing departments in Chicago and Philadelphia, the Illinois Facilities Fund, and as a public finance banker. Her avocation in dance brought her to Urban Gateways, recognizing the potential of the arts to engage and build confidence in our youth. Jane is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Urban Studies.
