Angela Stewart is Executive Director of the Helen Miller SEIU Member Education and Training Center (METC), a Labor-Management Training Partnership in workforce training and development. She oversees the organization’s day to day operations, develops organizational culture, and directs strategy. As Executive Director, Angela also has primary fiduciary and stakeholder relationship management responsibilities.
After spending over two decades working in the areas of sales, marketing, management and business development, Angela joined METC in 2020. Previously, Angela held a director’s position on the Program Innovation team of the Women’s Business Development Center. In addition to working in educational programming for youth and adult learners, Angela has extensive experience in the private and corporate sectors of healthcare.
Angela holds a B.A. in Mass Media Arts: Radio, Television and Film from Clark Atlanta University and an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from University of Illinois at Chicago.
