Remember Artini? Thanks to the new Urban Gateways Associate Board, this autumn cocktail party for arts education is making its return on Friday, November 18. Join Urban Gateways staff, Board and Associate Board members, artists, and arts education advocates at Parliament for a swanky evening of drinks, appetizers, entertainment, and more. All proceeds help Urban Gateways build a stronger, more vibrant Chicago through arts education programs.

Entry includes drinks (signature “Artini” cocktails, beer, and wine), appetizers, photo booth access, and live performances by Urban Gateways artists. Guests can participate in a silent auction, raffle, and wine and beer pulls as additional fundraising activities. Arts programming is critical in holistic youth development and is at constant risk of being cut from Chicago’s education system; Artini attendees’ support helps Urban Gateways provide arts access for young Chicagoans who need it most.

Urban Gateways educates and inspires young people by delivering high-quality, accessible arts experiences that advance their personal and academic growth. Check out a program video.

The Urban Gateways Associate Board uses event-based fundraising activities to promote and support Urban Gateways’ efforts to provide arts education programs to all children, despite race or economic class, while also promoting Urban Gateways artists and local artists/institutions.
