Jason Wolf is a percussionist focusing on traditional styles from all over the world. With extensive study and travel in West Africa and Brazil, Mr. Wolf brings an excitement and enthusiasm to the classroom that is backed up with real world experience. In addition to the music itself, Mr. Wolf is fluent in French, and is currently studying several other languages. “I try to illustrate the positive things about understanding other cultures. With additional focus on geography, language, and general social studies skills, classes are a well-rounded approach to both music, and world cultures. The aim is to show how much we can learn and come to understand about life, ourselves, and others through the study of music and culture.”
