If you haven’t gotten to know Street Level yet, this is your big chance! Our multimedia center at 1637 N Ashland Ave in Chicago’s West Town neighborhood is hosting an Open House on Saturday, February 3. Come check out the space’s new look; take a tour to learn about our audio & video production equipment; enjoy light refreshments; learn about Spring 2018 classes & clubs; chat with staff and young people who participate in Street Level programming; and try your hand at media activities! This is an opportunity to engage directly with the incredible work that Street Level does promoting self-expression, communication, and social change by providing Chicago youth with free digital media learning and art-making opportunities. Young people, educators, Urban Gateways/Street Level supporters, partners, artists…everyone is welcome!
