Urban Gateways programs are led by many of Chicago's most talented professional artists in music, dance, theater, literary arts, visual arts, and digital media.
Our teaching artists develop and execute unique and impactful curricula for all types of learners, collaborating with educators, arts specialists, community organizations, and other residency & workshop partners. They are committed to the personal and academic growth of the youth they serve.
Our touring artists perform interactive and educational dance, music, and theater shows that share first-hand insight into a variety of art forms and cultures; they receive regular Professional Development opportunities to continue growing and fine-tuning their performances.
