Will Gilchrist was born and raised in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago. He has a passion for mentorship as he understands the importance of passing knowledge down to the next generation, providing guidance and opportunities to others. His background in mentorship includes assistant teaching an Intro to Business class at New Trier High School, teaching tennis at Lakeshore Country Club, serving as a professional mentor at Florida State University, and hiring summer interns. In recent years his entrepreneurial spirit has led him to working at his family business in Finance and Real Estate. When out of the office Will enjoys weightlifting, playing sports, volunteering, and cooking.
