Nikki is an experienced Program and Product Analyst with a demonstrated history of working in the tech industry. She’s been at Salesforce since 2016 and is currently focused on developing Business Value Strategy for the Customer Success group to ensure customers get the most out of their platform investments. Prior to her work in Value Strategy, Nikki worked in Sales/Business Development and Recruiting. She earned a Dual Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & International Business Management from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Alongside her professional efforts, Nikki is the regional lead of Latinoforce, the global Latinx “Equality Group” at Salesforce that educates the Salesforce ecosystem on how diversity and inclusion creates business success. Their mission is to empower Latinx members and allies with a network of support to help them develop their careers, strengthen their leadership skills, and thrive personally and professionally. They have a strong commitment to giving back to the local community through various volunteering efforts – primary among them is a partnership with a local Chicago Public High School where they lead a STEM enrichment and mentorship program.
