Alicia Lisowski brings extensive experience in marketing, brand management, operations, digital strategy, and content creation to the Urban Gateways Board of Directors. Alicia recently founded her own consulting firm – 874 Ventures – to bring this unique expertise to refine and scale rapid-growth businesses, with a particular focus on Chicago-born start ups. With over twenty years of experience holding leadership roles in some of Chicago’s premier advertising, media, and digital agencies, she has built brands and communication strategies for leading global companies such as P&G, General Motors, and Kraft, and has partnered with new tech giants including Amazon, Google, and Twitter.
Alicia graduated from Dartmouth College, double majoring in Art History and Studio Art, and holds an Executive Development Certificate from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. In addition to joining the Urban Gateways Board of Directors, Alicia is also a Featured Speaker and Mentor at 1871 and The Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Chicago.
