Nichole Panje has served on the Urban Gateways Board of Directors since 2015 and is currently on the Resource Development Committee. She is a Director at Deloitte LLP in Chicago. Nichole received her MBA in Finance from Thunderbird, the Global School of Management; and her BA from the University of Virginia. Nichole brings to the Board a strategic growth mindset, as well as passions including the development of talented young people and the visual arts.
