Mick Thompson has served on the Urban Gateways Board of Directors since 2013, serving on the Executive Committee as Board Secretary and most recently as Chair of the Board of Directors. He is also a former member of the Art Resources in Teaching Board of Directors. He is a Partner at Mercer Human Resources Consulting, where he works with compensation committees and management regarding executive remuneration, performance, regulation, and governance issues. Prior to his work with Mercer, he was a senior consultant with KPMG Pete Marwick. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin.
