In June Urban Gateways Executive Director Eric Delli Bovi and Teen Arts Pass (TAP) 2017-18 Teen Council members Deven and Ida joined Carol Marin on Chicago Tonight to talk about the new initiative that gives teens access to $5 tickets to see live dance, music, and theater all around Chicago.
