Broadway World posted this article about the Arts Alliance Illinois Voices of a Creative State benefit luncheon, which will honor Urban Gateways Board Member Kay Mabie and her husband James Mabie on Friday, June 10. The Mabies will be presented with the Citizen Advocate Award in honor of their long-time support of many Chicago arts and arts education organizations – including Arts Alliance Illinois and Urban Gateways. Congratulations, Kay and Jim! This recognition is deeply deserved.
