Piel Morena Contemporary Dance founded in July 2009 in Chicago Il., by Artistic Director Alejandra González and Executive Director Laura Thurston. PMCD is a company of four empowering women that move to their own voice and rhythm, creating their own style in concert dance. With all Latino inspired works, PMCD creates a true cultural exchange between worlds. Their beautiful, talented and passionate dancers blend everything together to bring to life this fresh sense of unity and diversity to their audience..
